Mushroom and Dulse on Toast
- Mushrooms
- Three Cornered Leek
- Dulse Flakes
Sauté in butter and add to a toast of your choice, here we love a sour dough.
Tomato and Sea Spaghetti on Toast
- Beef Tomatoes
- Sea Spaghetti
- Spring Onion
- Garlic
Sauté the Sea Spaghetti for a couple of minutes and rub the toast with the cloves of garlic.
Place slice tomato on the toast and cover with the Sea Spaghetti and sprinkle with spring onion.
Goats Cheese and Oceans Greens
- Goats Cheese
- Ocean Greens
- Capers
- Chilli Flakes
- Cornish Seaweed Pepper
Sauté the Ocean Greens in butter and spread the goats cheese over the toast.
Add the Ocean Greens to the toast and sprinkle with caper, chilli flakes and Cornish Seaweed Pepper.
